Shipping policy

• FREE SHIPPING on orders $50+!
• FREE local pickup is available in Schaumburg, IL area (choose option at checkout.) Orders must be picked up within 5 days of when the order was fulfilled/ready for pickup. Packages not picked up within 6 months will be donated. We will not credit or refund pickup orders that have not been picked up within our 5 day pickup policy. The delivery method (shipping/pickup) cannot be changed once the order has been placed and processed.

Our items are made to order with a current turn around time of 4-7 business days beginning the next business day after the order was placed. Once the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with tracking is sent to the email provided at checkout.

• Once your package has been fulfilled and you have received tracking information from us, this means your package is now in the hands of the post office, USPS, and we are no longer liable.

• If a package is returned to sender, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping label.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• We do not file claims for customers or contact your local office on your behalf.
