Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

Because the majority of the items we offer — including all of our graphic tees — are made especially for you after your order is placed, all sales on these items are considered final.

We do not keep pre-printed apparel on hand. Each garment is ordered blank directly from our suppliers and then customized in-house once your order is received. After a design has been applied to a garment (whether it includes a monogram or not), it cannot be removed and the item cannot be resold.

Every piece we create is made-to-order and produced with care just for you. This process allows us to offer a wide variety of styles, colors, sleeve lengths, and design options so you can choose exactly what fits your style best.

Before completing your purchase, please double-check that all details are correct, including sizing and any personalization information. We highly recommend reviewing the size charts provided. If you are unsure about sizing, a helpful tip is to measure a favorite item from your closet (such as a tee, sweatshirt, or pants) and compare those measurements to our chart.

Since each item is custom made, we kindly ask that you verify all sizing and personalization details before checkout, as all custom orders are final.
